New Year’s Eve Workout- routine.

Nothing beats getting in the gym before it opens! Ideal for this little routine on New Year’s Eve morning…… give it a go to finish off your 2011 with a blast!

Male: use 20kg Kettlebell (or 24kg if 90kg + in weight)

Female: use 12kg Ketlebell (or 16kg if experienced)

5 rounds of:

  • 300 metre row- level 10 (in around 1 minute)
  • Run 50 metres (to another room where Kettlebells are waiting)
  • 6 X 1-arm swing (left, then right)
  • 6 X cleans (left/ right)
  • 6 X thrusters (left/ right)
  • 6 X snatches (left/ right)
  • Run 50 metres (back to rower)

Wicked workout which should only take you 30 minutes to complete!
