All our classes are 1 hour long. All other classes are one hour. We don’t only use Kettlebells in classes. The first part of the class will be a light warm up, using just bodyweight, functional training movements and yoga poses. We then work on some technique so you learn a new move each session. After this we work in pairs, using Kettlebells as well as other training toys like bands, ropes and bodyweight movements like squats and lunges for an exciting and exhilarating workout!
