New Kettlebell Fitness Class….starts this Saturday@ 2pm!
First Class is just £1!

Christian Vila has joined forces with Sol Gilbert (see his website), to launch Kettlebell Fitness classes at ZT Fitness.

Classes will be on every Saturday at 12noon, and Thursdays at 7pm.

Located just behind Hove Train station, ZT Fitness is an ideal location for those commuting back from London or living further north in Brighton & Hove (map)

Bodyblast Kettlebell Classes have proven very popular at Cheetahs Gym in Hove, with up to 18 people attending per class. We’re sure the Kettlebell Fitness classes at ZT Fitness will be equally successful!

Classes will be sold as courses, which are results driven. To get the benefits of Kettlebell training, you need to use them regularly. Courses will cost just £60 for a 5-week course, consisting of 2 classes per week.
In the 1-hour class we’ll be concentrating on highly metabolic exercises which burn maximum fat both during and after the class, and getting used to the techniques of kettlebell exercises.

Weekly class timetable:

Tuesdays: 7:30pm (Cheetahs Gym)
Thursdays: 7pm (ZT Fitness)
Saturdays: 12noon (ZT Fitness)
Saturdays: 2pm (Cheetahs Gym)

Obama elected 44th President

Today marks a major day in history. Barack Obama, a 47-year-old first-term senator from Illinois, shattered more than 200 years of history Tuesday night by winning election as the first African-American president in the history of the United States.

What difference this will make remains to be seen, but it’s undoubtable the coming year will see some major reforms which will not only benefit the U.S.A, but also the world.

I wonder if Obama uses kettlebells as part of his training regime? He’s in pretty good shape! Will he spread the word of the beloved Kettlebell?

We doubt it… we’ll just have to be happy with the end of the economic recession in the U.S, less conflicts with other countries, and improved race relations!

Christian Vila has been hand-picked by London- based Kettlebell gurus, Angie Dowds and Rob Partridge to join their team.

ADPF is expanding rapidly and their courses are gaining a big reputation in the industry as the ‘gold standard’. They have recently been asked by Fitness First, the biggest health chain in the world, to be their chosen kettlebell training provider.

This is an exciting time for Brighton Kettlebells and am very happy to have been picked!
