Background
Sue came to me to shift a few pounds leading up to her wedding day. This was exactly in four weeks time, so we had to do something pretty drastic. Her goals where not to lose weight, but to tone up and feel great in her wedding dress.
How did she do it?
Simple- The Beach Body Programme!
Sue followed a tried and tested 28 days programme which has a double pronged attack:
1. Detox Diet
All toxins are banned including Wheat, Sugar, Alcohol, Caffeine and Dairy. Furthermore I had Sue cut out all grains from her diet leading to the amazing results in photo 2!
2. Kettlebell Classes
Sue trained with Kettlebells 3-4 times a week by attending the Kettlebell fitness classes at ZT Fitness and Varndean School.
It’s a simple formula:
Clean Diet + Frequent Exercise = Results!
